Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, which I really enjoyed, but the noise from the street made it difficult to relax. The staff left much to be desired, with rudeness from some receptionists overshadowing the few positive experiences I had. I felt like I was overcharged, and the lack of air conditioning in the small rooms didn't help either.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the location was fantastic, right in the center of Krakow, making it easy to explore. However, I faced some issues with the service, particularly with a rude receptionist and higher-than-expected charges, which left a sour note. Overall, while the cleanliness and location are big pluses, the service could definitely use improvement.
The hotel has a unique charm with rooms tucked under the roof, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Old Town. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the rooms had some quirks with the layout that might not suit everyone, and the dining options could use a bit more variety.
The hotel had a quirky design, and while my room was modern and had a lovely bathroom, I kept banging my head because of the shape. The location was fantastic, super close to the market square, but the lack of on-site dining options, like a bar or restaurant, was a downside. The staff were overall friendly and helpful, but it was a bit unsettling that my requested double room ended up being far apart from my companion's room.
The hotel has a great location, conveniently situated just outside the bustling old town, making it easy to explore Krakow. While the rooms were clean and decent for my short stay, I found them a bit small and lacking air conditioning, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times. The service left much to be desired, especially with the added fees and unhelpful staff. The breakfast was nice, but overall, the experience could be improved significantly.
